At Musicali (Tal Rudovsky) we want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to explore our musicians, watch the videos and contact us easily, independently and with dignity. We work to make this website accessible in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013 (regulation 35), and Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA, which is based on the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Our target is WCAG 2.1 level AA. This statement was updated after the website’s redesign in October 2026.
What we have done
- Clear structure: one main heading per page, a logical heading hierarchy, a marked main content area, and a “Skip to content” link at the top of every page.
- Language and direction: every page declares its language (English, Spanish, French and Russian left-to-right; Hebrew right-to-left), so screen readers pronounce it correctly.
- Keyboard: the site, including the menu, can be used with a keyboard. The video and review windows close with the Esc key.
- Images: images have text alternatives describing what they show. Decorative images are marked so screen readers skip them.
- Buttons: WhatsApp, phone, menu and review buttons have accessible names.
- Forms: every form field, including the date field, has an accessible label in the page’s language that screen readers announce.
- Video: YouTube videos load only when you press play and can be closed with the keyboard. Background videos and the short-video grid are silent and have a labelled pause/play button. You can use it with the keyboard (Enter or Space), and it shows a visible focus outline. If you set “reduce motion” on your device, the videos start paused.
- Mobile and zoom friendly layout.
- Accessibility menu (the person icon): larger text, line height, text alignment, readable font, greyscale, contrast, page structure, reading mask, hide images, pause animations, highlight links and focus outline. The menu is only an aid. Accessibility itself is built into the site’s code.
Known limitations
- Performance videos (music) have no captions. Most contain no speech. If you miss information from a video, we will gladly describe it in writing.
- Third-party content (YouTube and Vimeo players, WhatsApp, reviews from Mit4Mit and Google) is not fully under our control and may not be fully accessible.
- Some reviews on the English, Spanish, French and Russian pages are translated from Hebrew.
If any part of the site is not accessible to you, we will provide the information or the service in another way (see below).

Physical accessibility
Musicali does not operate premises open to the public. We perform at events, at venues chosen by our clients. We are happy to coordinate adjustments for a performance in advance, for example the musicians’ position or the volume.
